We want you to be very pleased with your Good American Kids experience. Here you will find information about our normal shipping processes, our returns policy, and different ways to contact us.
Shipping
Orders received by 4pm Mountain Time are normally sent out for delivery on the next business day. Of course there are exceptions to this caused by a variety of factors. For example, some items are shipped directly by our suppliers, and those items may take longer. Or, some items that are ordered together, may not arrive in the same box. Orders being shipped to AK or HI will be charged an additional $10 for standard shipping and processing. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.

Returns
We accept returns of most items up to 60 days after we ship them to you. Damaged items must be returned within two weeks of receipt. Defective items or items damaged in transit may or may not require a physical return. Please email us at returns@goodamerican.com as soon as possible upon discovering any damage or defects, and we will work with you to take care of the problem by issuing a refund or a replacement. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
To return an item, please insure the package and ship it to the address on the packing slip. Your return must be sent back to the correct address for us to credit or refund your purchase. If you do not have a packing slip, please email us at returns@goodamerican.com.
