Great jeans, great store experience
I've been struggling to find the right fit, Esther at Jo Malone suggested I pop upstairs to GA for their sale. I was greeted + a fitting room was provided, tried on ONE pair of jeans and they fit like a glove! The associate checked on me and was friendly and casual. The girls were so friendly at the counter and my purchase was wrapped really nicely so the jeans were ready to wear the next day. Although this is probably a base level expectation of a shop, I have not experienced this natural level of care in years now! Thanks to your team, i'll def be back and I'm bringing the friends!
