It took time, but Charli learned how to be at peace with her body and with herself in the fashion industry, and now she wants to help other women do the same. As she chased her dreams of becoming a model, this London girl found herself struggling with her self-esteem…and her size. Unrealistic expectations in the industry drove Charli to drop a dangerous amount of weight, so much so that her body began smelling of ammonia as a result of breaking down amino acids for energy because it didn’t have enough fat. Her best-seller “Misfit” documents this journey of strength in a way that resonates with readers and solidifies Charli as the ultimate role-model.

I’m not the skinniest, I’m not the most toned, but I feel better than I ever have.
