With this add-on, you’ll enjoy peace of mind knowing that if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, we’ll prioritize processing your replacement—quickly and hassle-free.
At checkout, order protection will be automatically added to your order. If you have opted into Premium Shipping Protection, and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact our support team directly at help@goodamerican.com. By opting out of Premium Shipping Protection, you acknowledge that you are withholding coverage for your package. Good American will not be held liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Premium Shipping Protection is available for both U.S. and international orders. For international orders, this will display in your local currency.
- $1.99 for orders up to USD $199.99
- $3.50 for orders USD $200 and above
WHAT WE DEEM AS LOST:
Shipment states ‘delivered’ but you have not received it. We ask that you allow up to 2 working days for your parcel to be delivered. Sometimes the courier prematurely marks it as delivered and tries a redelivery, it turns up in a secure location at your property or it may be at your neighbors.
- We reserve the right to class this as a ‘delay’ if there is a high volume of parcels in the network and we are aware of delays, otherwise, we will provide a replacement.
WHAT WE DEEM AS DAMAGED:
- Items arrive damaged in transit - apparel is wet, stained, torn etc
- Some of your order is missing due to the box/packet opening in transit
Please contact us immediately if your items have arrived damaged or something is missing. Submit photographic evidence of tampered items.

Once an order has shipped, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. If it's been over 48 hours without an update please contact us.
Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
