GOOD AMERICAN is exclusively sold online at goodamerican.com and through select Nordstrom locations. Click here to see the list.


PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.

Most orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will start processing on Monday and ship within 1-2 business days.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification containing the shipment tracking information.

Your order may arrive in several shipments. You will receive a separate e-mail notification for each shipment.


TAXES

Local sales tax will be charged on orders shipping to California and Kentucky.

GOOD AMERICAN does not collect sales or use tax in any other states at this time, however, your purchase may be subject to local use tax unless it is exempt from taxation.  It is your responsibility as the customer to report any purchases of tangible personal property that have not been taxed by GOOD AMERICAN and pay use tax on those purchases unless exempt under local state law.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment is only debited once your order has been shipped. 

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to goodamerican.com.

We have partnered with Affirm to offer an easy financing alternative to be paid in fixed monthly installments over 3,6, or 12 months. Click here to find out more about Affirm as your payment option. 


UPDATING ORDERS

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To ensure your security, GOOD AMERICAN will take additional steps in verifying the details on your order. If you receive a cancellation notification, please contact Customer Service for more information. 

It is possible that your order may be cancelled due to high volume periods. We recommend placing your order again or signing up for our waitlist for the sold out item. 

If your order is cancelled, all charges will be automatically refunded.


CHANGING SHIPPING ADDRESS

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.
