RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of items purchased on goodamerican.com if they are postmarked within 21 days of your order date.

Follow the steps at the portal to request your return or exchange. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any USPS location. 

International orders cannot be returned at this time.

We do not accept returns of items purchased at a Nordstrom store or on Nordstrom.com. Please return to Nordstrom directly.

Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. 

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.


SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
